Microsoft 365 Service Administration
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Groups, service settings, email accounts, sites, permissions, and licenses. Maintain configuration records and support guides.
- Monitor service health, resolve user issues, and coordinate technical escalations with Microsoft and support teams. Communicate business impact and use PowerShell scripts and approved application programming interfaces to automate routine tasks with testing and change control.
Identity, Access, and Security Operations
- Manage accounts, sign-in settings, roles, and access in Microsoft Entra ID, the identity and access service, throughout onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Limit access to business needs. Apply multifactor authentication (additional sign-in verification), Conditional Access (access rules), administrator-account protection, and secure external sharing. Escalate risks and exceptions.
Information Protection and Compliance Support
- Maintain approved classification labels, retention rules, activity logs, and data loss prevention controls. Support authorized electronic-record searches (eDiscovery) and resolve classification and access issues.
- Support assigned Copilot administration; refer data-connection, privacy, and artificial intelligence governance decisions to accountable teams.
Internal and External Audit Readiness
- Serve as the Microsoft 365 contact for internal and external audits. Coordinate scope, schedules, evidence, and responses with audit and control owners.
- Keep an audit-readiness checklist and current evidence for access reviews, administrator permissions, accounts, licenses, security settings, logs, retention, and changes. Check controls and evidence before audits; share records only through authorized channels.
- Identify gaps early; track findings, actions, owners, and deadlines. Escalate major gaps and overdue actions, verify fixes, and retain closure evidence. Formal closure and risk acceptance remain with accountable owners.
Joint Venture Transition and Operational Readiness
- Support setup, migration, service switchover, testing, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness through approved change processes.
- Define service boundaries, dependencies, responsibilities, service levels, data access, and escalation paths with the joint venture, Ford, Geely, Microsoft, and providers. Build local support capability; coordinate with business, technology, security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a related field.
- Clear communication, English (MCER in B2 and above level), and sufficient Spanish for local support.
Preferred Skills and Experience
