Account Administrator Intern

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks an enthusiastic student for an Account Administrator Intern positions in our Khobar office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Administrator Intern to support project teams through project administration, documentation management, tracking, and reporting. The successful candidate will help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget by maintaining project records, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and providing administrative support to both internal teams and customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, supporting multiple priorities, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As an Engineering Intern, a typical day might include the following:
- Assist in the maintenance of project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets.
- Follow applicable processes and identify and report potential project problems as soon as they are identified.
- Provide support to project teams including reviewing project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.
- Provide support reconciling project expenses and receipts.
- Assisting with creating supporting presentations to management on details of project process.
- Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
This job might be for you if:
- You are a fresh graduate or current final year student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
- Strong computer, telephone, proofreading and filing skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- You have the ability to work full time.

Pay Range Data
Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role and on hourly basis.
