Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely, within-budget, and satisfactory delivery.
- Act as the primary project/program contact, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication channels.

Understand complex insurance issues and their potential impact on Alphas' clients' business

Engage with stakeholders to drive & lead execution against effective project plans, anticipate potential issues, and provide structured solutions to ensure a successful client engagement.

Lead a workstream or component of a project, taking responsibility for the creation of client deliverables by facilitating client interviews and workshops, performing analyses, synthesizing clear insights from complex information, and developing content that clearly articulates recommendations.

Develop meaningful and successful relationships with clients and vendors by understanding the different needs of stakeholders and establishing a high degree of credibility.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related disciplines along with relevant certifications preferred.

At least 4 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within the P&C Insurance Industry (underwriting, claims, distribution, or related functions at an insurance carrier, MGA, broker, or consulting firm).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner; executive presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex programs or technical initiatives with cross-functional teams, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

Experience with insurance core systems, policy administration platforms, claims management systems, data warehousing, or related technologies that support P&C operations.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and managing relationships with underwriters, claims teams, IT, compliance, and senior insurance leadership.

Experience coordinating with insurance technology vendors, implementing vendor solutions, or managing outsourced P&C functions.
- Ability to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
