What you’ll be doing...

As a Sr. Manager of Sales Ops & Enablement in the CSO Operations Organization, you will lead compliance controls for the Consumer Group to ensure regulatory standards are met across sales channels. Your daily responsibilities will involve creating and governing legally required disclosures, collaborating closely with legal and product teams, and maintaining alignment. You will also act as a control performer and attestor for internal control activities. To be successful in this role, you need a strong background in regulatory compliance, cross-functional partnership, and detailed financial or legal tracking. Your expertise will directly safeguard company operations, ensure strict adherence to guidelines, and maintain seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

- Managing the end-to-end execution of Clear Consumer Disclosures and legal attestations

- Delivering solutions that ensure seamless disclosures and customer experiences.

- Fostering a journey mapping of experiences and procedures for both employees and customers.

- Managing multiple fast-paced, high-priority projects.

- Designing, developing, and implementing methods and strategies to continually improve

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes assigned office days as set by the manager.

With a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain focus on the bigger picture, you consistently deliver results within established timelines. You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. Experience handling confidential information and forward-looking data is essential.

You'll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

- Operations experience

- Experience in Project Management

- Experience creating and presenting executive level presentation

- Experience in leadership and partnership skills

- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Master's Degree

- Retail Operations and Retail Sales Experience

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering to senior leadership.

- Understanding of Retail Systems/Tools

- Three or more years of experience managing multiple priorities, complex projects, and large cross-functional teams to deliver quality results

Where you’ll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
