Key responsibilities

- Define Visa’s role in digital identity by establishing a clear, enterprise‑wide point of view across authentication, payments, and emerging identity‑enabled use cases.

- Translate identity strategy into a coherent multi‑year roadmap, aligned to Visa’s eCommerce north star

- Own the strategic direction of existing identity platforms, including Visa Device Intelligence (VDI) and Identity Graph, driving enhanced value and expanded use cases across regions and client segments.

- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to evolve positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market approaches for identity capabilities and solutions.

- Embed identity as a horizontal capability across Visa’s broader product portfolio, including DCAP, Passkeys, and authentication products, to strengthen Visa’s eCommerce value proposition.

- Define Visa’s strategy stance on Verifiable Credentials, clarifying implications for Visa’s products and business.

- Engage with key partners and standards bodies to shape identity standards and secure critical ecosystem inputs aligned to Visa’s strategy.

- Develop clear and concise executive level communications; Influence senior global and regional stakeholders to drive alignment and decision‑making
