Client Contracts Specialist - Energy

The Energy Contracts Specialist is responsible for contract validation, deal processing, supplier submission, and contract execution activities within Energy Operations. This role reviews completed contract packages, validates required documentation, coordinates with Sales and Pricing, submits agreements to suppliers, and ensures deals are processed accurately from signed agreement through supplier acceptance.
The position serves as a quality-control function within the deal process and works closely with Sales, Pricing, Setup, Suppliers, and Client Relations to resolve documentation issues and support successful contract execution.
This is a full-time, hybrid job opportunity out of our Houston office: 3-days a week in office, 2 days a week work from home.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work environment: Office-based or hybrid work environment with regular use of computer systems, email, spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and internal platforms.
Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Frequent use of keyboard, mouse, phone, and standard office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of standard office materials up to 25 pounds.
Schedule expectations: Standard business hours with flexibility as needed for client, supplier, contract-processing, or issue-resolution needs.
