The EMEIA Product Operations team is responsible for all areas of product operations across Europe, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Test, Quality, In-Region OEM management, R&D, Procurement, and Planning.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join the Cork team as a Planning Manager. You will lead an experienced planning team, primarily responsible for customer order management and capacity planning. You will ensure key performance indicators are met while driving innovation, process development, and report automation to help the team scale with the business.
The Planning team ensures that the entire Product Operations Org understands, and can execute, the current and future demand requirements across the multiple lines of business in which we operate. They ensure that all customer orders can be fulfilled on time by aligning all key components in the supply chain. As the Planning Manager, you will ensure that our strategies deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient and predictable execution. You will continuously challenge the status quo, developing and implementing strategies that allow the business to scale effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated people management experience in production planning, logistics, supply chain, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, analyzing numbers, and using data to drive decision-making.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic leadership style with a proven track record of delivering results and leading projects to implementation.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with persistent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, and comfort working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a high-tech or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
