POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess Trainee to support the Restaurant team during the breakfast, lunch and service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
Starting in February 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
- Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table;
- Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dining experience expectations of the guest are memorable;
- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
- Support the team in managing email communications;
- Completing opening & closing responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills and fluent in English;
- Excellent presentation and grooming standard;
- Experience with Micros is preferred but not required;
- Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful.
