Role Summary:
Deliver architectural excellence, provide hands-on technical leadership, and design robust enterprise infrastructures that help public sector customers modernize legacy systems, accelerate cloud adoption, and scale critical capabilities that serve the American people.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide embedded architectural excellence and hands-on leadership within the client's technical team to ensure project success from initial concept to completion.
- Collaborate with client engineers to evaluate product technical tradeoffs and recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and robust application infrastructure required to implement complete cloud solutions.
- Engage cross-functional internal partners and cloud engineering resources to identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and schedules to meet expected timelines.
- Manage key and executive stakeholder relationships as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex technical analyses into actionable recommendations and designing comprehensive product goals and strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- United States citizen that will work from the United States (required to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information).
- 5 years of experience advising enterprise or government customers in cloud solutions architecture, technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- 3 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C++ or Python) acting as a hands-on "keyboard engineer" on technical delivery.
- Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Technical familiarity with Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Networking, and Kubernetes Engine) and experience supporting at-scale deployments, migrations, or cloud transformations.
