ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a technical delivery team building and launching conversational AI agents for enterprise customers. You will turn customer requirements into reliable, production-ready implementations, working closely with customer stakeholders and internal product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own AI agent implementations from initial scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Translate customer goals and technical requirements into structured build plans.
- Configure agent workflows, write and maintain implementation artifacts, and build integrations with customer systems.
- Validate integrations and agent behavior through testing, then improve performance based on results and customer feedback.
- Partner with internal teams to surface product gaps and inform improvements to agent-building tools.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, or a related field.
- Recent hands-on technical experience, including the ability to write code in Python.
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions end to end, with structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
- Experience working with APIs, building integrations, and enterprise SaaS systems such as CRM, ticketing, or data platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical background, with strong engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows is valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
