Location: Fulham (In office)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
- Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures.
- Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
- Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
- Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
- Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
- Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
- Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
- Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
- Resilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.
- Clear communicator who enjoys relationship building.
- Collaborative team player, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
