Senior Manager, Events - EMEA
Cyera · London, England · hybrid
WHO WE ARE
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're building an EMEA Events Centre of Excellence, and we're looking for a leader to make it world class. EMEA runs a high-volume programme of 60-100 events a year, from flagship conferences, hosted road shows and sponsored trade shows, including all the marquee security events across the region. This role builds the operating engine behind that programme, standardising how we plan, execute, measure and amplify events so that every one of them builds Cyera's brand awareness and engages the right prospect and customer audiences, uncovering new opportunities that drive pipeline and revenue.
You will work alongside our Field Marketing Managers and Partner Marketing so they can focus on local strategy while you provide the playbooks, agency network, content engine and performance insight that help every event land at the highest level. Your goal is to elevate our events: bringing out-of-the-box thinking and creativity, taking organisation to another level, and holding high standards across the board.
You are an equal parts operator, analyst and storyteller. You'll report honestly on what each event delivers in pipeline and ROI, and use that evidence to double down on what works, pivot where needed, and cut what doesn't. Just as importantly, you bring great energy and a team mindset, and you make the people around you better.
In line with the growing ambitions of the region, and on the back of our success in supporting the business to grow, you will also build a team around you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operationalise and scale events. Build the EMEA events centre of excellence: standard processes, planning timelines, templates, budget and approval workflows, vendor frameworks and quality benchmarks that let the team run 60-100 events (and more) consistently without reinventing the wheel each time.
- Support Field and Partner Marketing. Act as the delivery partner to regional Field Marketing and Partner Marketing managers, providing event ops support, agency access and best practice so each event is executed to the same high standard.
- Own events performance and ROI. Track pipeline sourced and influenced, opportunity creation and acceleration, cost per opportunity and account coverage for every event. Run regular portfolio reviews that clearly identify strong performers to scale and underperformers to fix, pivot or stop, and report findings to marketing and sales leadership.
- Manage the EMEA agency ecosystem. Select, negotiate with and manage event, production, creative and video agencies across the region. Build a preferred-supplier model that improves quality, speed and cost efficiency while giving us local capability in each market.
- Build event content and noise. Partner with video teams to capture events in real time and turn them into short-form reels and clips for social and web, within days rather than weeks. Use them to reinforce the Cyera story, spotlight regional nuances and show what customers are saying and seeing, and demonstrate how Cyera makes a real difference as a trusted foundation for AI security and data visibility.
- Partner across marketing and sales. Work with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Content, PR, Communications, SDRs and Sales to align event messaging, follow-up and pipeline handoff, so leads are acted on quickly and results are attributable.
- Build a branded EMEA road show and regional communities. Create and lead a consistent, branded Cyera road show that travels across our regional markets and starts building communities of customers, prospects and partners in each one. Combine partner forums with customer and prospect sessions, with topics tailored to each regional audience, so the programme feels local while building recognition for Cyera across EMEA and feeding the pipeline in every market.
- Lead/support customer advisory boards and executive briefings. Help lead the EMEA Customer Advisory Board, from agenda and member engagement to turning feedback into product and marketing insight. Deliver executive briefing centre (EBC) programmes that give strategic customers and prospects a high-touch, tailored experience of Cyera and our vision for AI and data security. Collaborate closely with global and regional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product and Executive Engagement, so these programmes are consistent with global standards, reflect regional needs and feed insight and advocacy back into our events and wider marketing.
- Build and grow the team. As the programme scales, recruit, develop and lead a high-performing events team that grows with the region's ambitions and the business it supports.
- Drive innovation. Bring new formats, event technology and AI-enabled approaches (personalisation, attendee insights, ROI analytics) that raise quality and efficiency.
