- Anticipate guest needs and handle all guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Participate in the effective day-to-day operation of the Bell Service Desk.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club facilities, and other properties.
- Ensure the hotel lobby area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite, warm, and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with their luggage and provide luggage storage services as required.
- Coordinate the delivery of messages, parcels, and other items to guest rooms.
- Provide attentive assistance to guests requiring special attention.
- Complete all assigned shift duties as outlined in the shift checklist.
- Assist in ensuring the smooth coordination of hotel transportation arrangements, including taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other transportation services.
- Provide assistance to other hotel departments and operational areas whenever required.
