ABOUT THE ROLE
Own the customer lifecycle for AI voice agent deployments, from initial implementation through ongoing optimization and expansion. You will connect customer needs with product development, helping deliver measurable outcomes while building the operating playbook for this growing function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs and scoping, deploying, optimizing, and expanding AI voice agent use cases.
- Present agent value and return on investment to customer decision-makers, using data to demonstrate business impact.
- Investigate agent performance by reviewing call behavior, debugging issues, tailoring conversation flows, and addressing compliance needs.
- Partner with the product team to turn customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities.
- Develop playbooks and operating standards as the forward deployed product function grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of product management experience, with substantial direct customer-facing work.
- Experience at a startup, ideally in a Series A to D environment, and a background in product management, computer science, data science, solutions engineering, or strategy consulting.
- Strong product judgment, technical depth, and ability to understand agent behavior and perform basic debugging.
- Comfort working with data to assess performance, explain ROI, and identify actionable insights.
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT, plus SQL skills.
- B2B SaaS experience or familiarity with regulated sectors such as mortgage, lending, financial services, or healthcare.
- Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on ownership in a fast-moving environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California. The role requires four days per week in the office, with Wednesdays remote.
