WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Translate clinical workflows into usable, performant, and accessible interfaces that work across the facility network and on shared devices.
- Make the app resilient on facility networks, with offline capture and a submission queue that never loses or duplicates an entry.
- Build frameworks and components that are shared across the app allowing other developers to focus on the clinical workflows rather than the UI.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF
- Experience building production React and TypeScript, with frontend architecture decisions you have owned.
- You have shipped offline-first or real-time interfaces and know where they break.
- Understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance optimization in modern web applications.
- You can scope product requirements into a scoped technical implementation that you can ship in days, and you can explain the tradeoffs to a non-technical stakeholder.
BONUS POINTS
- Product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped interfaces.
- Cross-device and cross-browser compatibility, including mobile web.
