Job Summary
The Deployment Manager reports to the Director, Operations Excellence. This position plays a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of deployment initiatives. The Deployment Manager ensures that projects are efficiently organized, prioritized, and executed by field teams and franchisees. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages key logistics, and facilitates communication between internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders. The Deployment Manager also assists in refining scalable processes, troubleshooting deployment challenges, and optimizing workflows to support seamless implementation of company initiatives.
You will
- End-to-end coordination, management and development of the communication, education, initiation and realization plans for each project deployed.
- Development of supporting documents and resources that enable a project's successful deployment, adoption and sustainment in the field.
- Collaborate with project owners, subject matter experts, and supporting teams to develop change management plans that enable adoption in the field.
- Regularly engage stakeholders and franchisees for feedback on the effectiveness of each deployment, in order to continuously improve process, approach and cross-functional team effectiveness.
- Track project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) post launch and make recommendations for realizing intended outcomes.
- Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing personal business expenses, including necessary travel.
You have
- Experience in operations management and project/program management in topics related to operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a franchised environment or similar experience in consulting or operations.
- Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage to a deadline with appropriate urgency.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures with professionalism and tact.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and consult across various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a track record of successfully managing change and ambiguity.
- Self-awareness and proactivity, with a commitment to continuous self-development and learning.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
